Ms. Chadwick brings 16 years of experience to Wynn Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. She excels in developing staff, and is responsible for managing the Surveillance department, formulating policies and procedures, identifying areas of vulnerability and communicating their weaknesses to Executive Management to strengthen controls, and ensuring compliance with Nevada Gaming Control Board regulations. Ms. Chadwick is also involved in the planning and design phase of room construction, equipment purchase, and camera placement for both existing property expansions and newly built properties. Prior to joining Wynn Las Vegas, Ms. Chadwick held a similar position at Station Casino for almost 12 years. She considers becoming Director of Surveillance of Wynn Las Vegas to be the highlight of her career to date, and aspires to become Executive Director or Vice President of Surveillance for multiple properties. She attributes her success to her professional knowledge and experience.

Ms. Chadwick underwent training in hotel management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is affiliated with the Surveillance Information Network, of which she once served as President, the International Association of Certified Surveillance Professionals, and ASIS International, Las Vegas Chapter.
